J.P. Danko is a ghost writer, a songwriter, and a dad. He grew up in East Tennessee and moved to Asheville in 2008. His recent song “Helene (Why’d You Have To Be So Mean?)” is an anthem of the storm and an ode to the resilience of the people of WNC. The song will appear on the upcoming album “The Flood” to benefit Asheville's Manna FoodBank.
